Back in the late 90’s, Nila Vance owned the The Toy Box in Camdenton on South 5. She sold Hot Wheels, action figures, Beanie Babies, comics, and other collectibles. However, she closed the store when TY said Beanie Babies were going to be a thing of the past.
She then went on to a flea market at Missouri Boulevard Antiques in Jefferson City and just recently closed her booth after 20 plus years. She has been setting up at swaps for the last 2-3 years and has enjoyed being with the other vendors and getting out of the house to be with people. Due to the difficulty of setting up alone, her family has helped her build a trailer for her products, which will be making its maiden voyage to the Museum Farm Market & Bazaar.
She is also a retired teacher and owned the The Toy Box preschool in Montreal for 4 years.

She will be creating a Facebook page for the trailer in the next couple weeks so everyone will know where to find her.
